healthy atmosphere with personal attention to the needs of each pet.

Island Grove Kennels of Tennessee is a Grooming, Boarding and Training facility that is temporarily re-organizing and is not open for business. It will re-open in the near future so please check back for the Grand Opening.

The facility is owned by Allyn Weigel, owner of Island Grove German Shepherds who has spent a lifetime committed to the German Shepherd. He has been dedicated to caring, breeding and showing Imported German Shepherds. Within the last several years he has finished many American Champions and has added the American Shepherd to his breeding program and is producing beautiful puppies for pet and show.

Our aim is to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment for every pet boarded, groomed or trained with us, to make their stay as pleasant as possible and to provide ample daily exercise and fun activities for our client's dogs.

In order for us to do this we require proof of vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian that each dog that is groomed, boarded or trained with us must be vaccinated against Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella.
